Zdenia Kodey is author of numerous preventive programmes. She is »the light« for many people who found themselves at crossroads and needed individual, partners or family therapeutic help. Her researching spirit always directed her on that's why besides univerity studies. She wanted to accept new knowledge and therapeutic methods and approaches. She finished two postgraduate studies on Medical faculty – studies of psyhoterapy and study for marital familiar advising.   

She also passed:  Specialistic studies on the Faculty for social work, four years lasting traning to become Gestalt therapeut,  two years Reality theory and Reality therapy, Mediation, etc .... 

Since 1998 she devoted her energy to study the first two years programme of Mediation – familiar, devorcing and rekonstructive mediation. The first educative programme of mediation in Slovenia was co. lead of mediation. She was inciator of establishing the first Centre for Mediation in Slovenija- in Ljubljana. She was also manager with some years' experience as a director.  

Zdenia Kodey has been known by her holistic and entiverly manner when working with people. She wants to share her knowledge- professional experiens with others. 

She started her own professional way and her creativity and enthusiasm encouraged for women: their personal development, their creative transormation from inside to outside and into aestetic. 

In accordance with her mission she functions as an alternative creator of changes giving mental support to women who go on the way of their selffulfilment. She's devoted to work using knowlege, experience, warmth and love. 

It was in 2009 when she started ACADEMY FOR WOMEN – holistic programme for women transformation. It was in progamme in Bled and in Ljubljana. It was eight mounth modules programme. In 2014 she was conceived  a new intensive programme »Academy for successful women – Kodey«. It's aimed to women who are decided to step on their new way to make positive turning point for their personal development.  

So: »TO BE SUCCESSFUL WOMAN AND LADY WHO KNOWS WHO SHE IS, WHAT DOES SHE WANT AND WHERE DOES SHE GO«. The programme is based on »ART OF FEELING AND REACHING THE HARMONY WITH LOVE.«
